Rates, Prices, Tariffs for Chartering the M/V Carmelita

Day Trips and Dinner Cruises: Carmelita is available for Day Trips, Dinner Cruises and Special Events. Eight to twelve guests can be accommodated for an elegant sit-down meal; up to twenty four guests can be accommodated comfortably for buffet type meal service. Carmelita is licensed to carry a maximum of thirty eight passengers.

A three-hour voyage is $895. Each additional hour is $150. Catering is additional and customized to your needs.


The M.V. Carmelita cruises the San Juan Islands of Washington State, the Gulf Islands of British Columbia. Itineraries are collaborative and created to best meet group needs.

All inclusive charter aboard the M.V. Carmelita provides meals, accommodations, use of onboard equipment, small craft, crew of 2-3 and very memorable cruising. $2,200- per day for up to eight guests. Two night minimum. Tariff does not include travel expenses before or after the voyage.

Travel Arrangements: Because of our familiarity with the areas in which we travel, we are happy to assist you in planning the logistics before and after your voyage. We often arrange for charter sea-plane flights to whisk groups directly to or from Carmelita, and we can recommend many inns and hotels such as the Friday Harbor House. Reservations & Deposits: A deposit of 25% of the full charter fee with signed charter agreement secures the vessel for your choice of available dates. Payment, cancellation and refund schedules are outlined in the charter agreement.

Responsibility: Each passenger must sign a voluntary waiver and release of liablility prior to the voyage.
